Tim Shaffer developed this program after identifying the gaps in the collection process from point of contact out to the referral of a self pay patient to a collection agency. The dollars that are lost daily in this process following the "standard protocol" are tremendous.

Off-Site Program

We work as an extension of your business/billing office. Thirteen hour per day coverage Monday through Friday. Cuts your FTE's, increases your self pay dollars, and adds creditability to your facility. Many other money saving features and cash flow increase details are available. This program is the answer to many problems that you now have in your office.

On-Site Program

Our staff works within your facility Monday through Friday. We prefer to work close to a point of contact area. If there is anything involving self pays, we are there to deal with it person to person. This program will cut your management and employee cost while increasing your recovery amounts.

Hourly Program

Designed for the smaller practice that cannot justify the expense of a full/part-time employee to follow up self pay accounts. PSG gives you full time coverage without paying for a forty hour work week.
